Person-Centred Counselling
The type of Counselling I use is Person-Centred Therapy. I chose to work with this approach because I believe it to be the most effective and client-friendly. It places you, the client, firmly in the drivers seat in that you will make the decisions on what to focus on , how fast we progress, the meaning of the issues we talk about and when the therapy stops. Sessions for Person Centred Therapy are available on week days and evenings. They usually last one hour and are held weekly. Appropriate times can be negotiated in the initial meeting.
